Each Season, Competition, Routine, and Skill will have a target of intended success. Choose something you can WORK and IMPROVE for every performance. Make the Goal: attainable and specific. The goals may also focus on a Physical or Mental target.

After every practice and competition, review and decide what went well and what you can improve. Work on repeating consistency and fixing the errors that were made. Do the work!
