We use FaceTime and Skype to coach athletes from around the World.
Each Program is designed to meet the needs of each individual athlete.
From Overcoming a Mental Block to Performing with Confidence, each athlete will spend 55 minutes with Wendy, where she teaches the basic Mental Training principles. Then she dig deeper to get to the core cause of the challenges. After every session, Wendy creates worksheets where the athlete will uncover, learn, and apply the new tools during training/ competition.
